Scheduling Packages
-
3 hours of work per session at the same rate of pay
Option for teamwork with client
Client responsibility for supplies, but this can be delegated to business
Standard policies as written in the service agreement discussed during the estimate

This is a series of 3 sessions including a start-to-finish plan for a target-area project. The value here is a quick change for you! Some examples are to paint a living room, deep clean a kitchen, or overhaul a flower bed. If you’re offered this option during our estimate, the business has determined a scope of work within 9 hours, a cohesive set of materials, and options to keep things within your budget. Ideally, choosing this option means that we can match availability for all the work to be completed within a given week, and those times will be established before we start. There is not an additional charge for the plan, and clients are responsible for supplies, though shopping for them can be delegated as part of this project time. The business capacity is to schedule three Transformations per week, weather permitting. This is where all the great photos come from!
-
This is a routine of biweekly sessions for 6 months that include a routine set of tasks plus a checklist. The value here is support over a long-term change for you. Some examples are light cleaning + organizing closets and changing lightbulbs, mowing/weeding + pruning and transplanting, or taking care of donations and recycling while a client works through their household storage. If you’re offered this option during the estimate, the business has heard a request for help keeping up with things, a preference for simple scheduling and low urgency, and a need for an ongoing communication partner about tasks. Choosing this option gives you priority for a consistent day/time for 6 months. There is not an additional charge for the checklist, though we will take our time in collecting good notes about routine tasks vs. small projects. The business capacity is to schedule 12 of Essentials client sessions per month, and you could choose weekly or monthly if that timeline is better for their budgets.
-
This is the single unit of work time. The value here is for a client-led work time, allowing clients to hire just what you need. Some examples are an annual pruning of shrubs, or a guiding set of hands to plant new trees, or a buddy to clear out some storage ahead of a garage sale, or painting a bathroom. If you’re offered this option, it could be that the schedule is too full for the other options OR that your project is open-ended and it’s in your best interest to take things one step at a time. The business capacity is to schedule 5 Unbundleds per week. The major difference here is that your scheduling preferences will be noted and the week is committed, but the day and time will be determined with short notice based on the weather.
