Scheduling

As of April 1, 2025, clients are generally offered three-hour work sessions. Start times are flexible, but generally around 8:30am, 12:30pm and 4:30pm. Business operates 7 days/week. Folks who choose a bundle get priority scheduling, and we’ll set that up during your free estimate. For people who prefer one-at-a-time, you’ll get a text offering openings for approximately a week ahead. Projects with Julia LLC does not offer open-ended or hourly work sessions, but almost every policy can adjust to meet client request.

Winter Weather Policy

LLC holds responsibility for travel and personal protective equipment. LLC communicates with clients 8am-8pm. Clients are invited within 24 hours to confirm, which clarifies that LLC has determined the weather forecast is safe enough for our project. If rescheduling is offered, LLC will indicate next available times. Clients will inform LLC if sidewalks and driveways are not clear of snow/ice. LLC considers the following winter weather as cause for concern: blowing and snow-covered roads, freezing rain, temps below 10 degrees, and for outdoor work temps below 45 degrees.

Winter Health and Illness Policy

To protect LLC capacity to serve and to protect clients, LLC will implement various protocols during the season of respiratory illness. LLC may add the following during the session: masks, physical space, open windows. Clients will disclose if they have been hospitalized, traveling, or visiting others who are ill. Clients who fail to reschedule and/or disclose illness/exposure will be charged for the risk to LLC.

  • Twice-weekly work sessions over several months, totaling 20 visits.

    This bundle is for folks who want routine help through transitions of job changes, health changes, or moving.

    The package includes an organized and extensive checklist as we start, as well as an inventory at the end. This can include recommended maintenance or categorized storage. This package also includes several pick-ups or drop-offs to save you lots of time and errands!

  • This bundle includes 7 work sessions, scheduled in quick succession.

    For when you have an area of need and would like to see quick work of things, this is is.

    The deal includes 3 pick-up or drop-offs to help reduce your errands and clutter. We also will make a Start-To-Finish plan to help keep things on track within the timeline.

  • We schedule 3 work sessions.

    Option A includes assembling three medium-to-large pieces of furniture, plus one visit to assess the tools available. If time allows some smaller furnishings can be included (lamps, end-tables).

    Option B involves managing labeling boxes, unboxing books and setting up towels, curtains, small appliances, and managing clutter.
